This warm potato salad is so delicious!! You will love it - you can even it cold the next day.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb potatoes cut into bite size chunks
- 1/2 lbs SAGE AND SHEPHERD bacon
- 1/3 cup mayo (more or less to taste)
- 2 Tbsp Ranch dip
- 1 cup shredded cheese (I actually used Beemster!!)
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen peas
- 1/4 cup green onion, diced
METHOD
- Boil to potatoes until fork tender
- Meanwhile dice bacon and cook until crispy
- Once potatoes and bacon are done, add all other ingredients and stir
- Serve warm or cold
