INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb SAGE AND SHEPHERD RANCH Bacon
- 1 lb SAGE AND SHEPHERD RANCH Ground Beef
- 1 tub cream cheese
- 6 jalapeños
- 1 tsp salt, pepper, garlic powder, cayenne powder, paprika
METHOD
- Saute ground beef in pan on stove stop until cooked through, season with spices
- Slice jalapeños length wise, keep stem on, clean out seeds as best you can
- Fill will cream cheese and ground beef mixture
- Wrap each piece in bacon
- Bake at 400F for 15-20 minutes or until done
