Half/Whole Pig - Deposit

* Please note this is a deposit only. The remaining cost will be based on the size of the pig. If you want a whole pig, please purchase 2 half pigs. This is for inventory purposes.

All our meat is processed at a provincially inspected facility and will come to you fresh frozen and vac sealed for maximum freshness. You’ll taste the difference!

All our animals on the ranch are rotated regularly to give them the freshest forage, increase grass growth, regenerate the pasture, spread manure, and ensure proper pasture management.

Pigs will be available in the new year -  you will get notified via email. Both half and whole pigs include a mix of available cuts such as: steaks, chops, sausage (bratwurst, italian, metwurst, pepperwust, cheddar jalapeno), bacon, ribs, breakfast sausage, cutlets, tenderloin, etc. This is a great way to use up the whole animal and stock up your freezer! Our pork is $9/lb cut and vac sealed. An average whole pig is 175-210lbs. Free pick up. There will be pick up locations in Lethbridge & Calgary in the new year.
